FAQ

Fair questions.

The things people actually ask before handing an app access to their car — answered without marketing fog.

Does Tesionix drain my battery?

No. The car pushes its own telemetry through Tesla Fleet Telemetry — Tesionix never wakes the vehicle or polls it. When the car sleeps, we simply wait.

Do you see my Tesla password?

Never. You sign in on Tesla's own page and approve access there; Tesionix only receives a revocable token, stored AES-256 encrypted. You can revoke it from your Tesla account at any time.

Which cars are supported?

Any Tesla that works with Tesla's official Fleet API — recent Model S, 3, X and Y vehicles. If your car appears in the Tesla app, it almost certainly works.

What does the free plan include?

Live telemetry, trips, routes, battery health and analytics, with 30 days of history — no card required. Premium adds remote commands.

What is Road Trip Mode?

A switch for long journeys: while it is on, a whole day of driving — charging and coffee stops included — is recorded as one journey with its stops listed, instead of a dozen fragments. Forgot to turn it on? Merge the pieces afterwards with one tap.

Can I look around before connecting my car?

Yes — the live demo (in the menu above) opens a full account with months of drives, routes and battery history. No sign-up, nothing to connect.

Can I delete my data?

Yes, and without asking us: delete individual trips, whole telemetry ranges, or your entire account from the app. Deleted means deleted.

Still curious?

The fastest answer is the product itself — open the live demo and see your questions answered on real data.
